Mr. Peter Formusoh

 

Peter Formusoh, PMHNPBC, FNP-BC is a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner through American Nurses Credentialing Center. He is also certified as Family Nurse Practitioner. Peter obtained his PMHNP post master’s certification from Maryville University -St Louis, Missouri. He obtained his FNP certification from South University-Austin, Texas. His clinical expertise includes serving the child, adolescent and the millennial patient population. His patients describe him as “open”, “easy to talk to”, “real” and “intelligent”.

When not seeing patients, Peter enjoys listening to a variety of podcast, e-reading and going fishing with his family.

Ms. Andrea Carter

 

Andrea Yoshiko Carter PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Southern Mississippi and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of South Alabama. She later graduated from Walden University with a
master’s degree in nursing. Before finding a passion for mental health, Andrea spent 13 years treating patients with cardiovascular disease, heart failure, heart transplant and
other chronic medical conditions.

Andrea has experience treating adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. She is also trained in psychotherapies such as dialectical behavioral therapy and brainspotting. She is devoted to implementing evidence-based practices, with a holistic approach, to improve the quality of life for her patients.
Patients often feel “unstuck” after working with Andrea and describe her as “genuine “and “compassionate.”

Andrea is a busy mom who loves spending time with her family and two dogs. She is an animal lover and enjoys traveling, crafting, and listening to music.
