About Peter Formusoh, PMHMP-BC, FNP-BC

Peter Formusoh, PMHNPBC, FNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. He is also certified as a family nurse practitioner. Peter provides expert care to patients at Holistic Health and Psychiatry in Mansfield, Texas. 

Peter obtained his post-master's certification as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) from Maryville University in St Louis, Missouri. He received his family nurse practitioner (FNP) certification from South University Austin in Round Rock, Texas. Peter's clinical expertise includes serving the child, adolescent, and millennial patient population.
